She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Palmer and Marguerite Palmer (Sicilia) of Stamford, CT.; her former husband Donald; and her grandson Wesley Kiggins. She is survived by: her husband Rowayton Fuel; her siblings, Dolores Biscaglio, Pauline Risley, Judy Allen and Frank Palmer; her daughter Donna Hutcheson (Michael); her grandchildren, Stacy, Wes and Andrea; her daughter Karen Goff (Wilson); her grandsons, Patrick, Ian and Harrison; her child Lee Kiggins (Christine); her grandchildren, Don III and Elizabeth; her son Dr. Christopher Kiggins (Sheila); her grandsons, Matthew and Tyler; her daughter Mary Ellen Giles; her grandchildren, Jordan, Hunter and Alex; her son Andrew Kiggins (Amy); and her caregivers, Alicia White, Joanne, Connie and Terry. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John Catholic Church (1986 Post Rd, Darien, CT 06820). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (41 Hecker Ave, Darien, CT 06820).
