He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stafford Skelly and Helena Skelly (Daly); and his siblings, Anne Guinan (Skelly), Rita Hennessey (Skelly), John S. Skelly, Jr. and Joseph E. Skelly.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Skelly (Sattar); his daughter Pamela Skelly; his grandchildren, Selena Skelly-Dorn, Livia Roustan (Skelly-Dorn), Isabela Carver and Antonio Carver; and his great grandchildren, Naomi Roustan, Fiona Roustan, Luna Ledezma and Leonardo Ledezma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
