He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys and Wilton, Sr.; his wife Bernice Baxter (Beeney); his siblings, Wilton Baxter, Jr. and Connie Tyler; his grandson Joel Turkia; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Baxter.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Christian, Jennifer, Brett, Lee Ann, Brittany, Cameron, Nicole, Kyle and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Carissa, Courtney, Catherine, Caroline, Kane, Emily, Jace, Julia, Cayson and Cali.
