He is survived by: his father Peter Fredette, Sr.; his stepmother Vickie Brooks of Hudson, NH; his mother Rosanna Carlson; his stepfather Carl Carlson of Marlborough, CT; his siblings, Michelle Moon of Mansfield and Matthew; his sister-in-law Tammy Carlson of Marlborough; his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn, Ashley, Stephanie, Jeremy, Ryan and Hayley; and his caregivers, Sandy, Ronald Jarvis and Carmen Cruz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
