He was predeceased by: his spouse Monique Briere (Berger); his parent Arthur Briere; and his siblings, Germaine Gagnon, Florence Magrey and Norman Briere.
He is survived by: his parent Bella Briere (Rickie); his children, Andre Briere (Camille) of Somerville, MA and Marc Briere (Susan) of Coventry, CT; and his sister Lorraine Parkhurst (Bob) of Brooklyn, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
