He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Smith and Lorraine Smith (Michaud). He is survived by: his close friend Janet Herrmann of Danielson; his daughters, Jami M. Smith (Brian Creamer) of Haddon Township, NJ and Leah C. Caruso (Stephen) of Needham, MA.; his sisters, Christine M. Smith of Woodstock and Jane E. SmithRuta (Christopher) of Dayville; his granddaughters, Myla Caruso and Everly Caruso; and his stepgranddaughters, Jayla Creamer and Amita Creamer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
