She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bottiggi and Viola Bottiggi (Blair); and her husband Arne Wahtera. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Estabrooks (Brian) of Webster, Donald J. Wahtera (Cheryl) of Foster, Dennis K Wahtera (Lori) of Riverside and David M. Wahtera (Julie) of Foster. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Cleo's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
