He is survived by: his brother Leo (Maureen King) of Brooklyn; his granddaughter Courtney Churchill; his great grandchild Dakota Churchill of Danielson; and his grandson Ryan Churchill of Plainfield. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews and good friends.
