She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester M. Hutchins and Annette Shepard Hutchins; her husband Paul J. Pacitto; and her siblings, Dorothy Hutchins Marriott Pryor, Norma Hutchins Renaud and Marion S. Hutchins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Donations in her memory can be made to DAV or Paws with a Cause service dog organization.
