He was predeceased by: his father Paul Kiyak; and his pet Hannah Rose. He is survived by: his mother Ann Kiyak (Scudella); his siblings, John Kiyak of Plantsville, Mary Ann Wood (James) of Marion, Andrew Kiyak (Katherine) of Marion and David Kiyak (Elizabeth) of Marion; his former wife Heidi Palmer; and also Nicole of Danbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
