She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Suambar and Gango Suambar (Jhagu); her spouse Khalil Mohamed; her son-in-law Les Rose; and her siblings, Bayta and Willie Joe.

She is survived by: her children, Radha Rose and Anand Mohamed; her daughter-in-law Pamela; her grandchildren, Nadia and Timothy; her pet Lesley; and her nieces and nephews, Shoba, Somna, Aruna, Sudesh, Rajin, Daro, Jitto and Mahin.
