She was predeceased by: her mother Frieda; and her brother Heinrich Schmahl. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Carlucci (Vincent Carlucci) and Christine Davis (James Tracey); her grandchildren, Christian and Nicholas Carlucci; and her siblings, Otto Schmahl, Gerhard Schmahl and Irmgard Neumann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
