He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie; his parents, Charles Nicholls and Catherine Nicholls; and his sister Catherine Amuso. He is survived by: his children, Heather McCaughey Mary Nicholls (Patrick), Marion Fox, Richard Fox and Andrew Fox (Elena); and his grandchildren, Liam and Molly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (692 US-6, Mahopac, NY 10541). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the same location.
