He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie; his parents, Charles Nicholls and Catherine Nicholls; and his sister Catherine Amuso. He is survived by: his children, Heather McCaughey Mary Nicholls (Patrick), Marion Fox, Richard Fox and Andrew Fox (Elena); and his grandchildren, Liam and Molly.
