He was predeceased by: his father Victor Sanchez Cruz. He is survived by: his mother Leida Cora; his significant other Maria; his son Raul Cruz II; and his siblings, Leyda C. Cruz, Barbara R. Cruz (Juan Rosado) and Ester M. Cruz. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, Godson's and in-laws.
