He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy K. Evans and Ruth Knipple (James Rumbarger); and his sisters, Nancy Krizan and Carol Cole. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hislop; his children, Melinda Soisson (John) and Michael Evans (Maria); his granddaughters, Jessica Soisson and Dawn Soisson; and his sister Marsha Rumbarger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
