Katherine Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2024, at the age of 79, Katherine Smith of Danbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Womack and Lauran Womack (Gilmore); her spouse Flint Smith; her son Kevin "Mike" Smith (Kellie); and her siblings, John Womack (Dorothy), Junior Cunningham (Dorothy), Earl Stewart (Rejoice), Josephine Thompson and Essie Goodman.
She is survived by: her children, Flint Smith, Jr. (Blue) and Tara L. Sinkler (Michael) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Darius Smith, Deaven Smith and Carter Blue Smith; her children, Braylon Sinkler and Paityn Sinkler of North Carolina; her great grandchild Thaison Smith of Connecticut; her siblings, Leroy Womack (Annie), George Womack (Mary), Geraldine Thompson (Joe), Melinda Turner (Ronald), Alonzo Womack (Silvia), Leona Brandon, Dorothy Thaxton and Marylene McCain; and her godchildren, Shirley Atkinson and BJ Atkinson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Victory Christain Center (23 Eden Dr, Danbury, CT 06810). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
