He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Botelho and Christine Botelho (Arcieri); his wife Joan Ann Farrell; his brother-in-law William Farrell; and his brother Jim.
He is survived by: his son Timothy (Kim); his grandson Jack; his son Todd (Julie); his sister Linda Curran (Frank); his sister-in-law Jo Ann Farrell; and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Lindsay, Jim, Michael, Steven, Brian, Shane and Christopher.
