She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Luis and Leonor Luis (Mendes). She is survived by: her husband Manuel Coelho; her children, Shawn Coelho (Leticia), Tyler Coelho (Rachel) and Sydney Gaspar (Jack); her grandchildren, Matteo, Luca Coelho and Victoria Andrade; and her brother Fernando Luis. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in Helena's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
