He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Abreu and Maria Almonte. He is survived by: his wife Maria Aleja Bido of Abreu; his children, Plutarco, Roberto, George, Víctor, Magdelin and Diomary; his grandchildren, Rosmery, Winy, Rohalvis, Wilfer, Nathaly, Omelisa, John, Richard, Carolibeth, Catherine, Marbel, Wilber, Noelia and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Andrés, Leah, Obi, Xavier and Ambrose.
