We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2024, at the age of 80, Frank Walter Kaminski of Danbury, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his aunt Marian Mann; his sister Francis Pliska; his in-laws, Raymond and Kathleen Hellerich; his granddaughter Victoria DiCandido; and also, Logan Evans and Carl Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kaminski (Hellerich); his daughters, Lisa DiCandido (Thomas), Diane Knapp (Karl) and Susan Kaminski (Peter Siecienski); his grandchildren, Matthew DiCandido (Alaina), Jennifer DiCandido (Brendan Ezra) and Nicholas DiCandido (Mia Green); his niece Karen Currier (Al); his sister Marion Best; and his sisters-in-law, Roslyn Leone (Lee), Dawn Gallagher (Frank Hirt) and Peg Eldson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home (9 Granville Ave, Danbury, CT 06810). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Church (121 Main St, Danbury, CT 06810).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Kaminski's memory may be made to St. Peter Church in Danbury, CT or any charity of their choice.
