She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth G. Dodson Sr.; her parents, Michael D. McDonald and Olivia McDonald (Rolle); her grandson Ashanti McDonald; her siblings, Michael McDonald, Janet Moncur, Anis Bowe and Diane Bradshaw; and her son-in-law Billy I. Morey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dodson (Darlene), Kenneth Dodson Jr., Donna Greer (Allen) and Louise Morey; and her sisters, Estelle Mackey, Rachel Dodson and Edna Newbold. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
