It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Henry Bendlin of Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Bendlin (Eckwerth) and Edward J. Bendlin; his sister Elsie Archaski; his daughter-in-law Marie-Elena Bendlin; and his grandson EJ Bendlin.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bendlin (Rehberger); his sons, Edward W., Dave (Lisa) and Richard (Gina); and his grandchildren, April, David (Marilyn), Dan (Carly), Karli, Justin, Amanda Mae and Julia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home (9 Granville Ave, Danbury, CT 06810). A prayer will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
