She was predeceased by: her husband William Bendas; her parents, John McCarthy and Helen McCarthy (Stecyk); her children, William Bendas and Joyce Smith; and her brother James McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Gatto (Richard) and Gary Bendas; her grandchildren, Daniel, Christine, Michael, Priscilla and Emmanuel; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Logan, Quinn, Kellen and Clarise; and her sister Jacqueline Murray.
