She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hayden and Helen Hayden (Card); and her brothers, William and Edward Hayden. She is survived by: her husband Philip J. Carapella; her children, Helen Carapella and Daniel Carapella (Dawn); her granddaughter Cheyenne Carapella; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine and Linda Hayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
