We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 87, Columbus Sprueill (Danbury, Connecticut), born in Oak City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Sprueill and Mahalia Sprueill (Davis); his wife Edna Sprueill (Rawlings); and his siblings, Herman, Daniel, William, James, George, Addie and Dorothy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Little (Greg) of Danbury, Monica Sprueill-Charles of Danbury, Myra Sprueill (Gerald Langley) of Danbury and Sheila Sprueill of Danbury. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in law, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Amyloidosis Foundation.
