Claire R. Marra Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire R. Marra of Danbury, Connecticut, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Marra; her parents, James A. McDonald and Ann McDonald (Sullivan); her brother James A. McDonald, Jr. (Mary Jane McDonald); her brother-in-law Christopher Marra; and her great grandchild Ava Grace Willemin.

She is survived by: her children, Claire, Kathleen Willemin (Richard), Thérèse "Tee" Marra, Richard Marra (Maria), Diane Rigby (Randy), Raymond Marra (Pamela), Paul Marra (Joel Valenzuela), John Marra (Stephanie) and Janet Prisloe (Robert Galvin); her grandson Michael Willemin (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Michael and Tyler; her grandson David Willemin (Brianne); her great grandchildren, Ann and May; her grandson Andrew Dylag (Jean Lombardi); her great grandchild Anne; her granddaughter Heather Werner (Nicole); her great grandchild Maxwell; her grandchildren, Michael Dylag, Jr. (Christine Backer), Rich Marra (Lauren), Jason Marra, Casey Rigby (Joe Ward) and Chelsea Kearney (Gregory); her great grandchild Tara; her grandson Gregory Stanton Marra (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Claire, Wilkins, Christopher Marra (Rachel Schwartz), Lauren Valenzuela, Olivia Marra (Michael Pelts), Grace Marra, Allison Prisloe and Dana Prisloe; her granddaughter Haley Prisloe; and her sister-in-law Maureen Marra. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
