He was predeceased by: his parents, Isael Fernandez and Aurelinda Del Rosario. He is survived by: his children, Yosmeri Jiminez, Raquel Fernandez, Nelly Fernandez and Joline Fernandez. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and his many siblings.
