With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Angelica Porto Quintela of Danbury, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Angelica Porto is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Angelica Porto's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Canelas and Legnar of Sá Porto. She is survived by: her husband Edison Quintela; her son Michael Quintela (Jennifer Perec); her grandchildren, Micaiah and Kingston Quintela; and her siblings, Miguel Porto (Neuza) and Angela Freire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Cornell Memorial (247 White St, Danbury, CT 06810). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
