She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Fernandes and Nazare Fernandes. She is survived by: her husband Fernando Fernandes; her sons, Richard (Lori) and Michael (Dale); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Caitlin), Melanie McKenzie (Ben), David and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Jack and Luke; and her brother John (Elaine).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Danbury Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Services (117 South St, Danbury, CT 06810). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish (12 Cottage St, Danbury, CT 06810). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the St. Peter's Cemetery (71 Lake Ave Ext, Danbury, CT 06810).
