He is survived by: his wife Rev. Jacqueline L. Watford-Foster; his mother Annie Ruth Foster (Dixon) of Middletown; his daughters, Bernadette Raynor (Eric) of Middletown and Jasmine Taylor-Jones of Middletown; his siblings, Nathaniel Foster and Annie Louise Foster of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Kadijah Belair (Spencer), Jájuan Raynor, Kairo McFarlane and Kyrie McFarlane; his great grandchild Skylar Belair; his aunts and uncles, George Dixon, Joseph, Nettie Chappell, Edward, Bernice Chapell, Randie Chappell, Yancey Felder and Pearl Provitt of Montgomery; and his nephews, Curtis Foster (Heather), Jevon Foster, Paris Foster and Roderick Foster (Eve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
