He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur LeBlanc and Antoinette LeBlanc (Boudreau); his parents-in-law, Warren and Gert Vail; his brothers, Ulysses and Claude LeBlanc; and his siblings-in-law, Donna LeBlanc, Warren "Bud" Vail III and Jack Mulcunry.
He is survived by: his wife Holly LeBlanc (Vail); his children, Jason LeBlanc (Ling) of Cromwell and Karen Yamalis (Harry) of East Berlin; his grandchildren, Leila, April LeBlanc, Phineas and Ella Yamalis; his siblings, Gene LeBlanc (Laurie) of Terryville, Colombe Lagace (Jerome) of New Hampshire, Michelle Noble (Richard) of Limerick, ME, Suzanne LeBlanc of Torrington and Annette LeBlanc of Vernon; and his sisters-in-law, Marsha Parker (Terry), Laurie Thayer and Terri Mulcunry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
