Lewis of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Terry R. Lewis; and his grandparents, Charles Robert Kleza, Nancy Eagan Kleza, Harold Wynn Lewis and Joan F. Lewis.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Lewis (Kleza) of Middletown, CT; his daughters, Sienna and Tessa Lewis of Cromwell, CT; his sister Kelly (Jason Hull); his nieces, Aria and Briella; his brother Ryan P. Lewis (Ashley Dos Santos) of Wethersfield, CT; and the mother of his children Camilla Mastrangelo Lewis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to Connecticut Hospice in Branford, CT.
