She was predeceased by: her parents, William K Buggie and Helen Anderson Buggie; and her husband George Palmer. She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara (Frederick Fountain), Patricia Grieb, William (Marie Buggie) and Sharon (Richard Zajack). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and their children.
