He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Foose and Frieda K. Foose (Stoner). He is survived by: his wife Joan Foose (Cebula); his children, Austin B. Foose of Cromwell and Skye Osborne (Michael) of Cromwell; his sisters, Diana Milligan of Mechanicsburg, PA and Debra Foose of Baltimore, MD; and his grandsons, Carter and Landon Osborne.
