With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert T. Hannon (Cromwell, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Sherry Hannon (Rossitto); his parent George Hannon; his sisters, Joan Sullivan and Virginia McGann; and his grandson Vincent Basile.

He is survived by: his parent Mary Hannon (Stanton); his children, Matthew L. Hannon (Katie) of Bolton and Michelle L. Hannon of Mystic; his stepchildren, Richard Basile (Lizette) of Killingworth, Vincent Basile and Shirley LaRosa (Michael) of Higganum; his brother George W. Hannon, Jr. of Old Saybrook; his grandchildren, Dominic Basile, Paige Basile, Daniel LaRosa, Anthony Basile, Jillian LaRosa, Elizabeth Hannon, Audrey LaRosa and Sydney Hannon; and his great grandchildren, Carson Basile and Ariyah Basile.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to Brigham and Women's Hospital, 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115 or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
