He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Owen (Bragdon); his parent Mildred Owen Tharret (Bailey); his children, Maureen Owen of Cromwell and Clinton Owen (Laura) of Mashpee, MA; his grandchildren, Danielle Owen of Weymouth, MA, Rachel Owen and Alex Owen; his brother Hank Owen of Middletown; his aunt Dorothy Hagenow of Tolland; and also Salvatore Scalora of Cromwell.
