It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Victoria Buggie of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert V. Buggie; and her parents, Alphonse Giroux and Sarah Giroux (LaCasse). She is survived by: her children, William R. Buggie (Lisa) of Cromwell, Kenneth J. Buggie (Donna) of Cromwell, Barbara Dennis (Bruce) of Willington and Geraldine Swanson (Robert) of Willington; and her caregivers, Maria and Mila. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rita's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
