He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin C. Wolfer and Irene Wolfer (Kazukauskas). He is survived by: his fiancée Wendy Young of Cromwell; his children, Rachel Irene Wolfer of Wethersfield and Ryan Richard Wolfer of Berlin; his niece Gianna D'Amigo of Wethersfield; and his siblings, Edwin C. Wolfer III (Elizabeth) of Lebanon, Karen L. Wolfer of Lebanon, Theresa A. D'Amigo of Chicopee, MA and Cheryl Forgepta-Kazanji of Newington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
