It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Kelley of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. and Margaret Kelley (Quinn); his grandparents, Richard, Maryann Kelley and James Quinn; his siblings, Margaret Marshall and Robert Kelley (Patricia Fitzgerald); and his nephew Robert Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kelley (Telles); and his children, Richard J. Kelley, Jr. of Simsbury, CT, David W. Kelley of Mahtomedi, MN, Stephen J. Kelley of Peoria, AZ and Karen Misbach (Kelley). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
