It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norbert J. Sladek of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his parents, James Sladek and Rose Sladek; and his brothers, Ronald and Owen Sladek.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph of Ridgefield, CT, Barbara Sladek of Cromwell, CT, Mary Tismaneanu (Vladimir) of Washington, DC and Thomas (Amy Unikewicz) of Westport, CT; and his grandchildren, James A. Donohue, Jr., Michael J. Sladek, Adam Tismaneanu, Scarlett Sladek and Eva Sladek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
