Loris Balkun Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Stone and Vera Stone; her sister Betty Stone Ludwing of Vermont; her husband Stephen Balkun; and her former husband Robert A. Germain Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Germain Jr. (Nancy) of Meriden, Connecticut, Glen E. Germain (Tamara) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Todd A. Germain of Cleveland, Ohio and Bonnie Joy Germain of Webster; her grandson Rob M. Germain (Leslie); her great grandchildren, Natalie and Ethan; her granddaughter Terri Germain-Williams (Edward); her great grandchildren, Edward Jr., Ezekiel, Elijah and Emmanuel; her granddaughters, Sarah Germain and Heather Germain; her great grandchild Tyler; her children, Matt (Gina), Brandon and Alyssa; her friend Marion Gibertini; and also, Bubba Gallareny, Cindy, Aisling, Keira, Conner, Gerard and Martha Delisle. She is also survived by her four children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a community of extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
