It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Delores Cota of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Cota; her parents, Antonino Amenta and Lucia Amenta (Rosano); and her siblings, Minnie Marino, Angela Arcidiacono, Vencenza "Jennie" Amenta, Constance Halstead, Ann Bradley and Sebastian V. Amenta.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bohn (Don), Leon "Lee" (Beth Cota), Charles "Chuck" (Barbara Cota), Joseph (Corinne Cota) and Robert (Lynn Cota); her grandchildren, Jenna (Bohn), Jon Driscoll, Jason (Dorothy Bohn), Brian (Alyssa Cota), Kevin (Julie Cota), Chas Cota, Cindy (Cota), Ed Hertwig, Kristen (Cota), James Sutton, Kate (Cota), Anthony McElligott, Kyle Cota, Trevor Cota, Christian Eigner, Jacob Eigner, Justin Eigner, Catherine Cota, Robert Cota and Lewis Cota; her great grandchildren, Mason Bohn, Matthew, Kiley, Andrew Bohn, Analiese, Aidan, Kieran, Conor Driscoll, Ella Hertwig, James Sutton, Paul James, Calvin Cota, Alejandro and McElligott; and her sister Marie Milardo (Amenta) of Portland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
