She is survived by: her mother Gloria Dade (Duchaine); her children, Robert Dade, Seth Dade of Terryville, Tianna Smith of Bristol and Faithe Barkowski of Berlin; her sister Michelle Dade of Terryville; her aunts, Carol Clayton of Bristol and Nancy Lowe; and her stepfather Francis "Reggie" Doucette of Terryville.
