He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julia Bradley (Turnquist); his parents, Andrew F. Acker, Jr. and Miriam Acker (Woodhull); his son Alex L. Acker of Beijing, China; his siblings, Andrew Acker of Story City, Iowa and Marilynn Ezell of Temple; and his granddaughters, Mikayla C. Acker and Elora C. Acker. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
