He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Panicek and Helen Panicek (Maracek). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Panicek (Missavage) of Cromwell; his daughter Amy Panicek Carlson (Peter); his granddaughters, Katherine and Elizabeth Carlson; his brothers, David M. Panicek and Mark Panicek (Kathy); his brother-in-law Joseph Missavage (Lorin); his nieces and nephews, Alex, Jessica, Emily, Alison Missavage, Kimberly Panicek Trueblood (Ezra Mechaber) and Lauren Richards (Kent); his aunt Rose Meaney; and his cousins, Leo Meaney and Nancy Knee (Wen Xiu Han) of Ji. He is also survived by his wife of 56 years, his daughter and twin granddaughters.
