Joan Garofalo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 78, Joan Garofalo of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Garofalo; her parents, Robert Manthey and Marion Manthey (Wrono); her sister Gloria Senteio; and her son-in-law Bruce Chapin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ellen Chapin of Middletown, Wendy Cady (Michael) of Rockfall and Renee Yankowski of Rocky Hill; her grandchildren, Andrew DiMauro (Rachel), Matthew DiMauro (Sami), Nathaniel Chapin, Christopher Chapin, Noah Yankowski and Skylar Yankowski; her great grandchildren, AJ Day and Connor DiMauro; her nephew Mark Finnegan (Sherry); and her niece Dawn Rivers (Leroy).
The service will be held outside where masks and social distancing will be required and please feel free to bring your own chair.
