We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2021, at the age of 79, Jerome Kluza of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Dorothy Konopka and Delores Siersma. He is survived by: his wife Marie (Vecchione); his children, John Kluza (Sarah) of East Walpole, MA and Anne Wilson (Jeremy) of Sleepy Hollow, NY; and his grandchildren, Julia, Nate, James and Josie.
