He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Shinners and Jeanne Shinners (Hull); and his daughters, Roxanne Shinners and Jill Shinners. He is survived by: his wife Diane Shinners (Memery); his grandchildren, Addison and Taylor Camossi; his siblings, Arthur James Shinners of Stowe, VT and Candace S. Martens of Clearwater, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Sessums of Jackson, MS and Susan Bruce of Longmeadow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
