He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Pyne-Labagh; his parents, James F. II and Nancy Labagh (Alexander); and his brother Michael Labagh. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ramos of Waterbury, Michael Labagh (Tanya) of Waterbury and Katharine Labagh of Middletown; his sister Cyndy Usanis (Paul) of Meriden; and his grandsons, Brandon and Matthew Labagh (Cheryl). He is also survived by his three children, as well as several nieces and nephews.
