She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Baxter of Cromwell, CT and Felicia Dunsing of West Haven, CT; her granddaughter Devra Baxter of Cromwell, CT; and her siblings, Lois Ross of Hartford, CT, Ethel Benson of Landover, MD, Frances Head of Sacramento, CA, Nathaniel Powell (Edith) of Laurel, MD, William Powell of Mitchellville, MD, Luther Powell (Laverne) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Herman Powell (Doris) of Rocky Mount, NC and Thurman Powell (Deborah) of Durham, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
